We collect your business name, contact name, email, phone number, and call/SMS data processed through the CallCatch service.
Your data is used to operate the CallCatch service: routing missed calls, sending SMS replies, booking appointments, and sending you reports.
Data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Call and SMS content is retained for service operation and reporting.
We use Telnyx (telephony), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI) to operate the service. Each processes data under their own privacy policies.
Under Australian Privacy Principles, you can request access to, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@frontdoorai.com.
